Hundegger
Within our machine park, the Hundegger plays a crucial role. This advanced machine provides ultimate precision and customized solutions. With it, the possibilities are endless in terms of sawing, shortening, slotting, drilling, notching and profiling.
Miter saw
Cutting wood seems to be the simplest woodworking operation, however, there are quite a few different ways to shorten a beam or a board. Gendis advises you on this! The packaging industry often uses slats cut at right angles, for this we use our H&M crosscut saw. For the prefab industry, wooden beams often have to be shortened at an angle, with our automatic crosscutting line we shorten quickly and efficiently at any desired angle. For the most complex crosscutting work, such as double beveling or tilting, we use the Hundegger Speedcut.
Good to know: we can mark the parts so that on the construction site it is easy to find the right parts.
Panel saw
On our Selco saw we can cut your panels into the right sizes. It is often used to cut large panel materials into smaller rectangular sections and pieces.
Cutting glued panels exactly to size is also something we use this machine for. Even panels up to 4400 centimeters are no problem.
Band saws
On our Brenta band saw we quickly cut solid wooden beams to the desired width or thickness. This sawing machine is also ideally suited for contract sawing; beams that are too wide for a planer, for example, are first sawn somewhat narrower here. It is also possible to edge saw wooden beams. This band saw allows us to divide wood into thinner layers!
Thicknesser
A thicknessing machine is a machine used to plane the thickness and width of a piece of wood on two different sides. These machines are made to be very precise. For example, boards are trimmed until there is a consistent thickness along the entire length. This machine transcribes the desired thickness using the bottom as a reference/index.
ISPM 15 treated wood
For the packaging industry, we supply customized and machined slats for transport equipment such as pallets, wooden boxes or crates. We provide the wood used for this purpose with an ISPM15 treatment in-house. Thanks to this Heat Treatment, living organisms have no chance of damaging local nature during international transport. Naturally, we provide your wooden means of transport with the correct stamps and certificates.
